Application for prior examination of goods before initiation of customs declaration

Process Steps
Step 1
|
The goods owner shall submit an application for prior examination of goods before initiation of customs declaration to the goods keeper, and at the same time notify the reulatory Customs Division for supervision;
|
Step 2
|
The goods keeper shall make a written record of the examination, certified by the person in charge of goods keeping, the goods owner and the supervising customs officer, each copy of the record is kept by a party
|
Step 3
|
The customs authority shall affix seals on the goods. If goods cannot be sealed, the certification must reflects the conditions of the goods and specify the goods keeper in charge of preserving the status quo of goods.
