Decision 55/QD-TCQH is enclosed with the plan to implement the task of controlling the administrative procedures of the Customs Department in 2017.

The aims of the plan are to:

- Promote the reform of administrative procedures, shorten the processing time, reduce the time for implementation of administrative procedures and reduce the costs of adherence to administrative procedures.

- Continue to strictly control customs procedures.

- To publicly post the administrative procedures at the places where the administrative procedures are fully received and dealt with.

The Decision is effective from the signing date.
