Decision 57/QD-BNN-BVTV is issued to suspend imports of Tamarindus indica from Indonesia due to high risk of being infected with of Caryedon serratus Olivier insect which is the plant quarantine objects of Vietnam.
The Department of Plant Protection is requested to conduct strict quarantine of Tamarindus indica imported from Indonesia during the suspension period is not valid.
This decision will take effect 60 days after signing.
