Decision 5044/QD-BCT authorizes the Management Board of Dung Quat EZ and the industrial parks of Quang Ngai to issue C/O of form D for goods manufactured in Dung Quat EZ and the industrial parks under the management of ​​the Board. The Code of C/O issuer of Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and Quang Ngai Industrial Zones is 47.

The Dung Quat Economic Zone Management Board and the Quang Ngai Industrial Parks shall have to issue C/O Form D as regulated and fully observe the reporting procedures.

The Decision is effective from the signing date and replaces Decision No. 1251/1999/QD-BTM and Decision No. 0467/2001/QĐ-BTM.
