Decision No. 5051/QD-BCT modifies some HS codes in the list of imported goods subject to inspections on assurance of quality, technical specifications, and food safety before customs clearance, which are under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The Decision is enclosed with Appendix: List of goods with 8-digit HS code.
The Decision takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the Minister of Industry and Trade's Decision No. 3648/QD-BCT dated September 8, 2016.
