Decision 323/QD-UBCDASW is enclosed with the Operational Regulations of the National Steering Committee for ASEAN Single Window, National Single Window mechanism and Trade Facilitation. The Regulation prescribes the principles, responsibilities, working regulations, reporting information, coordination and other activities of the National Steering Committee for ASEAN Single Window, National Single Window mechanism and trade facilitation (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee).

This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing and replaces the Decision No. 55/QĐ-BCĐASW dated May 02, 2012 of the National Steering Committee for ASEAN Single Window and National Single Window customs mechanism.
