Decision 4127/QD-BNN-BVTV is issued to suspend imports of raw cotton (Gossypium spp.) from Ghana due to being infected with Trogoderma granarium Everts insect which is the plant quarantine object of Vietnam.
The Department of Plant Protection is requested to conduct strict quarantine of raw cotton imported from Ghana during the suspension period is not valid.
This decision will take effect 60 days after signing.
