Decision 1899/QD-TTg is issued to establish the National Steering Committee for ASEAN Single Window, National Single Window mechanism and Trade Facilitation.

The Decision also regulates the function, tasks, powers, members, working mechanism of the National Steering Committee.

The Decision is effective from the signing date and replaces the Decision 2120/QĐ-TTg dated November 29, 2011 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Steering Committee for ASEAN Single Window and the National Single Window customs mechanism.
