Circular No.55/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 28, 2009 promulgating the National Technical Regulations on Plant protection and quarantine.
The Circular issues two National Technical Regulations on Plant protection and quarantine, as below:
1. QCVN 01-1 : 2009/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on field trials of pesticides against insects and mite on plants
2. QCVN 01-2 : 2009/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on wood packaging materials in international trade
The Circular takes effective since February 28, 2010.
