Circular No. 26/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 27, 2010 promulgating the National Technical Regulations on plant protection and quarantine.

 

The Circular issues ten National Technical Regulations on plant protection and quarantine.

1. QCVN 01-14 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on field trials of fungicides control bacterial blight ( Xanthomonas oryzae Swings et all) on rice.

2. QCVN 01-15 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on field trials of insecticides bug on rice.

3. QCVN 01-16 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on phytosanitary procedure for imported beneficial insects in isolated quarantine area.

4. QCVN 01-17 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on the procedure for monitoring of pests on imported citrus varieties in isolated quarantine area.

5. QCVN 01-18 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on procedure for identification of San José scale( Diaspidiotus perniciosus ( Comstock))- Plant quarantine pest of Vietnam  

6. QCVN 01-19 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on fumigation procedures

7. QCVN 01-20 : 2010/BNNPTNT:  National technical regulation on procedure for developing the list of regulated pests.

8. QCVN 01-21 : 2010/BNNPTNT:  National technical regulation on method of inspecting bulbs/tubers and fruits for import, export and transit.

9. QCVN 01-22 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regulation on method of inspectiong live plants for import, export and transit.

10.QCVN 01-23 : 2010/BNNPTNT: National technical regualtion on method of inspectiong seeds for import, export and transit.

The Circular takes effective since Octocber 27, 2010.
