This Circular provides for the list of wild animals and plants specified in the Annexes of the Convention on International Trade of Endangered Wild Animals and Plants, and becomes effective since April 10, 2017. It replaces Circular 40/2013/TT-BNNPTNT of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
