DescriptionAny importer and exporter must: a) Have either the Enterprise registration certificate or Investment certificate or Business registration Certificate which covers chemical business, issued by the competent authorities. b) Be permitted by the Prime Minister to import or export the Schedule 1 chemicals
CommentsLicense of Import/ Export of chemicals schedule 1 which is submitted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to get final approval from Prime Minister. Detailed condition for export, import is defined in Article 19 of Decree 38/2014/ND-CP
