Process Steps

Step 1
Submit the dossier of destruction
|
Before organizing the destruction of vehicle, the subject entitled to immunities and privileges in Vietnam shall notify such in writing to the provincial/level Customs Department that has granted the vehicle temporary import permit, clearly stating name and address of the temporary vehicle importer, serial number and date of temporary import permit and vehicle temporary import declaration.

Step 2
Examine and liquidate the temporary import permit
|
The provincial/city Customs Department that has granted the automobile/motorbike temporary import permit shall check information relating to the vehicle against the original destruction written records made under regulations of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment before liquidating the vehicle temporary import permit under regulations.
