Circular No. 29/2016/TT-BCT is issued to amend and supplement a number of articles of Circular No. 41/2015/TT-BCT prescribing the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management of MOIT.
Enclosed with the Circular is the list of potentially unsafe products and goods such as chemicals, industrial explosives, industrial used machines and equipments.
The Circular is effective from February 01, 2017.
