This Circular provides for requirements for export of lime products (HS codes: 2522.10.00; 2522.20.000; 2522.30.00) and calcined dolomite (HS code: 2518.20.00).

Accordingly, the export of industrial lime, calcined dolomite must meet these requirements: the production establishments must be included in the Plan for development of the lime industry to 2020; the volume of lime, calcined dolomite exported from each production establishment must not exceed the approved capacity; there is the license for mineral exploitation to produce lime, calcined dolomite.

With regard to the export of manual lime, calcined dolomite, these requirements must be met: the volume of exported lime, calcined dolomite must be gradually reduced under the roadmaps; there are opinions of provincial People's Committees; there is the license for mineral exploitation to produce lime, calcined dolomite.

In the case the exporter is a trading enterprise, upon the export of lime, calcined dolomite products, the products must be ensured their origins as prescribed in Article 2 and Article 3 of this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from July 25th, 2017.
