The above list does not apply to cases of business transiting in the form of goods transported directly from the exporting country to the importing country, not through the border gate.

This Circular takes effect from December 20, 2008 to December 31, 2019, the shipments of discarded materials which have gone through customs procedures temporarily imported or transferred before December 20, 2018 shall be re-exported. , border gate.
