Among more than 3,000 enterprises implemented the survey which was conducted to find out whether enterprises have to pay sunk costs when implementing import and export procedures in 2018, there were 2,832 enterprises that provided information for questions about this content.
As a result, 56% of enterprises said that they did not pay any non-regulated expenses, while 26% of enterprises chose the "Don't know" option.
There were 497 enterprises saying that they have to pay sunk cost when implementing customs procedures, accounting for 18%. This rate is lower than the 2015 survey result (it was 28% in 2015).
Regarding to this non-regulated expense, 212 enterprises said that they have to pay this amount when implementing management and specialized inspection procedures in ministries and sectors.
Specifically, more than 50% of the 212 above enterprises said that they have paid for management and specialized inspection that was to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This rate was at some other ministries such as: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (34.43%), Ministry of Transport (29.72%), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (23.11%),...
