Circular No. 10/2011/TT-BTTTT dated April 14, 2011 promulgating the National Technical Regulations on Telecommunication. 

 

The Circular issues elevent National Technical Regulations on Telecommunication, as below:

1. QCVN 23:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on angle- modulated 27 MHz citizen's band radio equipment.

2. QCVN 24:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on VHF transmitter as coast station for GMDSS.

3. QCVN 25:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on double side band and/or single band amplitude modulated 27 MHz citizen's band radio equipment.

4. QCVN 26:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on two- way VHF radiotelephone apparatus for fixed installation in survival craft.

5. QCVN 27:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on Immarsat-B ship earth station equipment.

6. QCVN 28:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on Immarsat-C ship earth station equipment.

7. QCVN 29:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on electromagnetic compatibility and radio spectrum for transmitting equipment for the amplitude modulated (AM) sound broadcasting service.

8. QCVN 30:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on electromagnetic compatibility and radio spectrum for transmitting equipment for the frequency modulated (FM) sound broadcasting service.

9. QCVN 31:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on electromagnetic compatibility and radio spectrum for transmitting equipment for the terrestrial digital television broadcast ( DVB-T).

10. QCVN 32:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on lightning protection for telecommunication stations and outside cable network

11. QCVN 33:2011/BTTTT: National Technical Regulation on installation of outside telecommunication cable network.

 

The Circular takes effective since October 15, 2011.
