The Circular issues three National Technical Regulations on parts of road vehicles, as below:
1. QCVN 35:2010/BGTVT: Nation technical regulation on optical characteristics of road vehicle headlamps.
2. QCVN 36: 2010/BGTVT: Nation technical regulation on pneumatic tyres of motorcycles and mopeds.
3. QCVN 37: 2010/BGTVT: National technical regulation of motorcycles and mopeds engines
The Circular takes effective since July 1, 2011
