Decision 16/2008/QĐ-BTNMT dated December 31, 2008 promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Environment.
The Decision issues two National Technical Regulations on Environment, as below:
1. QCVN 14: 2008/BTNMT: National technical regulation on domestic wastewater.
2. QCVN 15: 2008/BTNMT: National technical regulation on the pesticide residues in the soils.
The Decision takes effective since February 8, 2009
