Circular 33/2015/TT-BGTVT dated July 24, 2015 promulgating the national technical Regulation on 4th – level emissions applying to newly-manufactured, assembled and imported cars.

The Circular issues the National technical on the fourth level of gaseous pollutants emission for new assembled, manufactured and imported automobiles: QCVN 86:2015/BGTVT.

The Circular takes effective since February 1, 2016
