| Description | When exporting the aquatic animals/products included in the List of aquatic animals/products subject to conditional export as prescribed in Appendix 2 Circular 04/2015/TT-BNNPTNT, the trader shall follow customs procedures. The trader may be permitted to export the aquatic animals/products included in the List of aquatic animals/products banned from export (prescribed in Appendix 1 Circular 04/2015/TT-BNNPTNT) in some cases to abide by International treaties to which Vietnam has signed or acceded |
