| Name | Permission on Transit for goods subject to the list of prohibited goods of Vietnam but not subject to the list of prohibited goods of Cambodia |

| Description | With regard to goods which are mentioned in the List of banned goods in Vietnam but not mentioned in the List of banned goods in Cambodia prescribed in Clause 4 of Article 4 of Agreement, each good owner shall send an application for good transit permit (using forms of Appendix IIA issued herewith) to the Office of export and import management in Ho Chi Minh city (the Department of export and import - Ministry of Industry and Trade). |
