| Description | Applies to Vietnamese and foreign organizations and individuals that engage in import, export, transit or post-import activities that involves articles subject to plant quarantine (hereinafter referred to as articles) in Vietnam |
| Comments | The list of plant quarantine articles; the list of plant quarantine articles subject to the pest risk analysis before being imported into Vietnam as prescribed in Circular 30/2014/TT-BNNPTNT If the plants are infected by objects of quarantine objects not having been present in Vietnam but are on the Vietnamese list of quarantined objects, such plants shall not be imported but returned to the places of origin or destroyed. |
