Description | The import and export of chemicals on the list of chemicals banned from import, export in special cases for research, medical, pharmaceutical or protection purposes shall comply with the provisions of Article 19 of the Government's Decree No. 38/2014/ND-CP of May 6, 2014. Trader has to submit: a) Have either the Enterprise registration certificate or Investment certificate or Business registration Certificate which covers chemical business, issued by the competent authorities. b) Be permitted by the Prime Minister to import or export the Schedule 1 chemicals; c) Be issued with the Import Permit or Export Permit by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the Schedule 2, and Schedule 3 chemicals. |
