| Description | Cylinders for LPG, before put into circulation and use, must be announced technical-regulation conformity in line with provisions in Chapter 2 of this Regulation on the basis of result of assessing the conformity of the certifying organizations appointed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade or the foreign certifying organizations accredited according to International treaties of which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party or international agreements which have been concluded by competent agencies of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. |
