| Description | Requirements for the recycling and repair of used information technology products on the List of products banned from import for foreign traders: 1. The processing is carried out by an organization established and operated according to Vietnam’s laws. 2. There is a plan and measures to treat waste material and scraps from the processing to prevent environment pollution that are approved by the Service of Natural Resources and Environment of the province where the processing is carried out. 3. All products and goods are re-exported overseas and must not be sold in Vietnam. 4. The processing is permitted by the Ministry of Information and Communications. |
