| Description | 1. Exporters of genetic resources of plants included in the List of genetic resources of precious and rare plants for international exchange in special cases and the List of genetic resources of precious and rare plants restricted from international exchange as prescribed in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's regulations (Decision 79/2005/QD-BNN) must obtain a written approval of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. 2. Exporters or importers of genetic resources of plants not included in the List No.1 and the List No.2 prescribed above, the List of precious and rare plant varieties banned from export and the List of plant varieties permitted to product or trade as prescribed in regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development must obtain a permit issued by the Department of Crop production. |
