| Description | Goods banned from export being round timber, sawn timber from domestic natural forests ( issued by Circular No. 24/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 30th, 2016 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of list and proclamation of HS codes with regard to goods banned from export being round timber, sawn timber from domestic natural forests and goods exported under permit being firewood or charcoal originating from wood from domestic natural forests) . Accordingly, types of round timber, sawn timber that are banned from export belong to these HS codes: - Wood in the rough, whether or not stripped of bark or sapwood, or roughly squared (44.03); - Railway or tramway sleepers (cross-ties) of wood (44.06); - Wood sawn or chipped lengthwise, sliced or peeled, whether or not planed, sanded or end-jointed (44.07); - Sheets for veneering (including those obtained by slicing laminated wood), for plywood or for similar laminated wood and other wood, sawn lengthwise, sliced or peeled, whether or not planed, sanded, spliced or end-jointed.
