Description	Goods owners wishing to import bovine from Laos and Cambodia to Vietnam for breeding or slaughter under official quota must register for import quarantine at the Department of Animal Health as prescribed in the Decision No. 15/2006/QD-BNN; and procedures for the quarantine of animals, animal products, veterinary hygiene inspection as per Circular 11/2009/TT-BNN
