Specifically, the Circular deals with the management of production, trading, transportation, import, and use of fireworks, firework powder, equipment for and organization of firework shows.
The Circular applies to organizations and individuals involving in the production, trading, transportation, import, and use fireworks, firework powder, equipment for and organization of firework shows.
The Circular takes effect after 45 days ever since the date of signing and annuls the regulations previously issued by the Ministry of Public Security on the fireworks management and use against those stipulated at this Circular
