| Description | For group 2 measuring equipment, samples must be approved: Customs offices shall only allow customs clearance when the importers have approval specimen measuring devices, granted by the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control; For quantities of prepacked goods of group 2 Customs offices shall only allow customs clearance when the pre-packed goods contain the quantitative stamp as prescribed on the pre-packed goods label, issued by the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control or the provincial / municipal Departments of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control. |
| Comments | In cases where the means of measurement and pre-packed goods are temporarily permitted for customs clearance by the customs offices, later inspection or measuring devices are imported for testing in service of sample approval, those measuring devices and Pre-packaged goods are not allowed put into circulation on the market or in use |
