Name	Licenses for production and processing for export of uniforms for foreign armed forces issued by the MOIT
Description	Production and processing of uniforms for foreign armed forces shall be carried out under licenses for production or processing of uniforms for foreign armed forces of the MOIT (hereafter called is a permit) after obtaining the opinion of the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Public Security.
Comments	The production of military uniforms for export and processing for foreign armed forces must not be sold in Vietnam
