Circular No. 19/2014/TT-BNNPTNT guides the amendment and supplement of Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 9, 2013 promulgating the list of additional fertilizers to be eligible for production, trading and use in Vietnam.

Issued with this Circular are three appendices, namely:

•  Appendix 1: List of 107 fertilizers removed from Circular 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT;
• Appendix 2: List of categories of fertilizer, including two liquid fertilizers and three powdered fertilizers, removed from Circular 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT; and
• Appendix 3: List of amendments for the name of products, organizations, and individuals registered at Circular 38/2013/TT-BNNPTNT

Circular No.19/2014/TT-BNNPTNT becomes effective from August 7, 2014.
