Attached to this Circular is two detailed appendices.

Appendix 1 is labeled as the additional list of fertilizers eligible for production, trading, and use in Vietnam, including 281 categories of fertilizers, including organic fertilizer, microorganism fertilizer, microorganism organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, and cultivating medium for plants.

Appendix 2 enumerates 76 types of fertilizers substituting those available in the list of fertilizers allowed to manufacture, trade, and use in Vietnam, including organic fertilizer, microorganism fertilizer, microorganism organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer.

This Circular takes effect from February 7, 2013.
