Enclosed to this Circular is two detailed appendices.

Appendix 1 is labeled as the additional list of fertilizers eligible for production, trading, and use in Vietnam, including 125 categories of fertilizers, including single fertilizer, multi-element fertilizer, organic fertilizer, micro-organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer.

Appendix 2 consists of 83 types of fertilizers substituting those available in the list of fertilizers allowed to manufacture, trade, and use in Vietnam, including organic fertilizer, micro-organic fertilizer, microorganism organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, mineral organic fertilizer, mid-micro-quantity fertilizer, and foliar fertilizer.

This Circular becomes effective after 45 days since it is signed.
