Having documents proving that the gold material to be imported is exploited overseas by the enterprise or is product shared under agreement on gold mining overseas. 3. The imported gold material is used only to manufacture gold jewelry and art crafts. 4. Not violating the law on management of gold business activities for 12 (twelve) consecutive months before applying for a gold material import license |
